Description: Makes about 1/2 Cup of Garlic Soy Glaze (Enough for 8-12 Ears of Corn)
 
 
Ingredients:
Fresh grilled corn on the cob 
1/4 cup soy sauce 
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar 
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced 
1 tbsp brown sugar 
small pinch of cayenne pepper

 

 
Preparation:
Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl, until the sugar is dissolved. Brush on to grilled corn for the last few minutes of cooking. More glaze can be brush on after the corn is done
