Tandoori Devilled Easter Eggs

Easter is here and time for all things Eggs .

Here is a recipe that breaks a little away from the traditional devilled Eggs recipe.

 

 
 
Ingredients:

6 Eggs, hard cooked, peeled and cut lengthwise
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 tablespoons finely shredded Swiss Cheese
2 tablespoons minced Chives, divided
1/8 teaspoon Ground Mustard
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

1/8 teaspoon Tandoori Masala 2 ounces process Cheese (Velveeta), cubed

Paprika

 

 
Preparation:

1. Carefully remove egg yolks from egg whites. Set whites aside.

2. Add yolks to small bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, shredded cheeses, and 1 tablespoon minced chives; ground mustard and fresh ground black pepper.

3. Melt process cheese in microwave until smooth.

4. Stir into deviled egg mixture.

5. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.

6. Garnish with sprinkle of paprika and minced chives and Cilantro.
