This is how Vittana functions………………….
• A student who wishes to pursue her education can apply for a loan to Vittana’s Microfinance Partners for a loan.
• The Microfinance Partner verifies the credentials of the student and then the profile of the student is uploaded on Vittana.
• You and I can browse the students’ profiles and choose someone to lend money to. The amount is transferred to the student through Vittana and its Microfinance partners.
• Once the student completes his or her education and starts repaying the loan, Vittana returns your loan to you.
• The amount you lend is your choice – if you lend $25 you get repaid $25 –it’s as simple as that.
